The French don't use plastic bags for shopping

so they don't have anything to pick up their dogs' merde with. Paris streets are littered with the waste of a million poodles.

If they outlaw plastic bags in America what are we dog owners to do?

    Let me guess. Environmentalists want us to do away with plastic bags. But if they have their way won't forests have to be cut down to supply us with paper bags? Oh the humanity!
