The trial begins on Monday. My mind is taken up with the big responsibility that it is. I can't think of much else and won't be blogging much. I am trying to get as much work done as possible so that right wing co-worker is not completely swamped next week.
You should have said that you're prejudiced against all races and religions except snake handlers.

ReplyDeleteThe only case I ever served on was a black pizza delivery guy that assaulted a customer.
He defended himself. His one and only witness was the woman he assaulted. Asked her a couple of stupid questions and then he dropped the bomb ...
Him: Do you see the person in the courtroom that you aledgely assaulted you?
Her: Is this a joke ... YES!
Him: Can you point him out?
Her: What ... it was YOU and she pointed straight at him.
Him: I rest my case.
We all decided he was suicidal!
Remember, guilty until proven innocent.
