Russia, Pakistan and Afghanistan and America need to forget about defeating the Taliban
We need to contract with the ruthless Sri Lankan military to fight and ultimately defeat the Taliban for us.

I am sure any army could fight like the Sri Lankans. It just helps when you don't follow rules, don't allow in journalists and the rest of the world (minus the Tamils in Toronto) doesn't care.
