Study on racial bias proves that TV actors, the vast majority of whom are liberal Democrats, hate Black people

and they are making people who watch television hate Black people too. During acting scenes, racist, non-Black actors are crossing their arms, averting their gazes, and giving the stink eye to Black actors who portray doctors.

I shit you not my friends, that is exactly what the article and the researchers claim is happening.

Miss C thinks, perhaps, that the actors are actually just jealous of the Black actors. Which is why they are displaying bad body attitude.

Possibly they are thinking, "Nobody will believe this Black guy is a doctor. Black people are all poor and downtrodden. I should be playing the doctor. He must be some kind of affirmative action beneficiary to have been given this role."

"Led by Max Weisbuch, a postdoctoral student in the lab of Tufts psychology professor Nalini Ambady, researchers designed the multipart study to examine the communication of race bias on television to white college-age volunteers."

When you design a study to measure the communication of racial bias to white folks of college age, you are likely to have already poisoned the study with your own bias. Why not also measure if black people thought the off camara person was liked or not liked (you know, as a control)? Or oriental people? Perhaps the character being studied really wasn't liked. And what the heck does a viewer's impression of whether or not someone is liked have to do with race bias?

One of Ronald Reagan's friends in college was a black teammate on the varsity football team. When they traveled to the south and his teammate was not allowed in to the restaurants, Reagan would take his meals out and eat with his teammate. He supported his friend, as real friends will do. Yet the bias on Reagan from the opinion formers "in the know" was that this white Republican president didn't care about black people.

And by the way, crossing ones arms and avoiding eye contact are more defensive postures than antagonizing postures. As a young waiter at a restaurant, Jesse Jackson has said he routinely spat on the food of white peope he was serving, and he didn't even know those people. Yet he is considered an expert on racism in America.

Actually blacks are the only secure and growing middle class in America. Government's a growth industry under Zero and guess who gets hired to, ha ha, work for us?

Most likely the whites are afraid to make eye contact with Blacks. I can attest to the danger they might be in were they to do so. Not long ago on the bus a young black man began suddenly rapping loudly and badly and most of the bus passengers turned to look at him. He snapped nastily, "What y'all lookin' at? You see somethin' purty you like to look at? You'd better keep your eyes forward and quit lookin' at me for you get somethin' you don't like.

I told a story on this blog already abour a Black guy who saw me looking at his shoes and said, "What you lookin' at my feet for? You like the way I walk, maybe I like the way you suck."

A woman I ride the bus with told me that she was looking at a Black woman's giant, stunning earrings and the Black woman opened her car window and started screaming, what you looking at white bitch? I'll beat your fucking ass, bitch.

And yet Dr. Max Weisbuch and his team of psychology researchers at Tufts are intrigued by these behaviors, and term crossing your arms and failing to make eye contact as nonverbal means by which you are displayig your negative attitude or bias.

He appears quite pleased with himself for his cleverness at uncovering this subtle latent hostility.

The dolt.

Actually if you read the article, it looks like some pretty valid stuff. He doesn't define the behaviors first- he's just speculating about why the participants saw things the way they did.

Innovative.

I love me some science.

And it's the DIRECTORS, they have final how to act control.
