"Novato Police Chief Joseph Kreins stopped short of calling the suspects gang members, although he said investigators were still looking at the possibility. None of the six is charged with gang enhancements in Le's slaying.
The group, Kreins said, "has been involved in many criminal enterprises over a period of time."
So WTF is a gang in Novato? It has to have more than six members? Or are uniforms required?
Sheesh. Poor man, butchered like a hog.
