Silverman, Goldman, Pearlman, Diamond, Ruby, Jewel, Goldberg (which in German means Gold mountain). Hmmmm
Makes you wonder. Don't it? A lot of the jews used to be Gold and Siversmiths in the middle ages. maybe it came from there. But then lots of Chinese girls have the names of Pearl and Jade and other jewels. Those are pretty!
