I don't know what the atmospherics of it are but we get spectacular moon rises here in the northeast at this time of the year: harvest moons: orange and w-i-d-e.
I phoned everyone that I thought would be interested Wednesday evening to tell them to get out and look at the moon. I went outside with my dog to howl at the moon, but he only cares about chasing tennis balls that I throw down the street.
Puzzle? If you cut that photo into a few thousand pieces and tossed it up in the air, you might get a glimpse of what looks normal to me. I actually become euphoric during the Bourne movie shaking camera chase scenes.
"Wrapped up in some powdered wool -- I guess I'm losing touch. Don't tell me I'm dying, 'cos I ain't changed that much. The only sound is water drops, I wonder where the hell I am, Some kind of jam? Cuckoo Cocoon have I come to, too soon for you?" ("The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway"-Genesis 1974)
