France is to blame for the Rwandan genocide
Miss C is going to start a new blog and call it, "Blame France" a la Blame Bush.
Seriously though, they are to blame for the genocide in Rwanda and the sloppy, lazy behavior of the denizens of New Orleans too.

To be fair, they are also responsible for the fun stuff I am doing while on holiday there.
And some profoundly stinky cheeses.
As long as the French continue to smother everything in la bonne beurre I forgive them their pecadillos.
But what about the French kiss ...
We would have never had that without them!
