What happened to the old sneak attack?
Turkey warned the Iraq Kurdish separatist fighters that "Turkey was going to attack." Native Americans could teach this current crop of so-called warriors a lot about battle strategy.

What the hell are the Kurds doing? They have their state now more or less in Iraq. They should take it easy for a couple of decades before the Turkish Kurds attempt anything with Turkey. Tell me miss C. what are those Kurds thinking?
The Kurds want their own land and control over their own destiny, like most peoples, without the bounderies imposed by others. But the Turkish Kurds are part of a thriving democracy and would be stupid to leave it to be part of a coalition of Kurds from countries who are not doing very well at all. Most Turkish Kurds don't want any part of this nonsense. If Iraq was better situated, some Iraqi Kurds might not be engaged in this venture. Same for the Iranian Kurds. My ex boyfriend's roommate, Magid was an Iranian, communist Kurd. He told me a lot about the problems Kurds suffered. Many communists in Iran were tortured by the Shah's police.
