What kind of a man has such a fragile ego that having his leg sniffed by a dog (normal dog behavior, by the way) would be motivation to shoot the dog owner in the face?
These are not the actions of a man.
Why didn't he shoot the dog? I am sure this guy has killed people before this recent incident.
